Mark Velenski Building builds new homes in Oamaru

Mark Velenski Building is ready to build your new home or undertake your home renovation in Oamaru. We are a small tight team led by Mark, who is a Licensed Building Practitioner. Mark competed his building apprenticeship in Oamaru in 2000 and has since worked in Dunedin, Nelson and Oamaru on many new home build projects from entry level to architecturally designed homes.
Now based in Oamaru, Mark Velenski Building undertakes new home builds, home renovations and light commercial builds including motels, rugby stands and retail stores.  The company has also constructed a number of pole-sheds and bathrooms.
